Toledo

The first town we visited was Toldeo which gave us our first experience of free tapas.

With our drinks came a plate of deep fried and heavily salted whitebait. They were served cold and were really good! We forgot to note the name of this bar.

For lunch we decided to go with some classic Spanish tapas at El Corralito

Patatas Bravas, Red Peppers in Balsamic, Paella, Spanish Tortilla and a Slow Cooked Beef Stew.

It was pretty good, the slow cooked beef (Carcamusa) had a slight kick to it and was the best dish we had.
